As part of our commitment to provide world-class leadership training and development, we proudly provide regular and ongoing live trainings here in our academy. Whether you’re a first responder, a middle manager, or a front-line worker, we know leadership is the solution to all your problems. We also know that leadership is a skill set that must be fostered and developed, or it will fade.

If you’re here, you’re aware of the value of leadership. We invite you to select the live leadership training that works best for you. We offer a weekly live training for all leaders and two specialized leadership trainings once a month. We offer a First Responder Training where we work directly with firefighters, police officers, EMTS & Paramedics, Doctors, and Nurses, and all others facing unique and intense challenges supporting their communities. We also have a women’s assembly where leaders discuss the unique challenges facing women at home and in the work place.
