GENERAL QUESTIONS

Most frequent questions and answers

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen and follow the instructions. 

If you need to change your password, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Account > Login Information. Enter your new password in both fields and click “Save Changes”.

To update your email address, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Account > Billing Details. Click “Account details”, enter your new email address in the appropriate field, then click “Save Changes”.

To find your courses, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Courses.

Currently, our courses do require an internet connection and are not availble for offline use.

Some features may not work correctly on mobile devices. Right now, we recommend using a computer.

Our team is currently developing an app so you can access your training from anywhere.

To find your certificates, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Courses > Certificates.

The Extreme Ownership Academy training courses are not currently accredited by an educational institution. We have received accreditation for TCOL and some law enforcement training for continuing education, also SHRM. Please contact support@echelonfront.zendesk.com for more details.

Below are our recommended CE hours for each course:

Extreme Ownership: 11.5 hours
Dichotomy of Leadership: 11.5 hours 
Safety and Risk Mitigation: 2.5 hours
The OODA Loop: 2 hours
The Indirect Approach: 1 hour 45 minutes
Barriers to Extreme Ownership: 1 hour 
Extreme Ownership Framework: 1 hour

The Elite Access package will provide you with the courses we consider foundational to every leaders leadership development and training. New courses will not be automatically added to your account and must be purchased separately.

Begin with the Leadership Assessment as the initial test of your leadership skills and knowledge. This assessment provides feedback on specific leadership lessons in our Foundation Course, Extreme Ownership, that you should prioritize as you begin your training plan.

Once purchased, you will have lifetime access to your courses and may complete them at your own pace. There is no time limit.

The free course, Barriers to Extreme Ownership, addresses the common perceptions that people face as leaders. Leadership applies at every level of every organization. YOU are a leader and these courses are purpose built to train your leadership skills as an individual contributor, front line employee, or any role you may currently hold.

BILLING QUESTIONS

Most frequent BILLING questions and answers
To update your billing address, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Billing Details. From here, navigate to “Addresses” and click the red edit button under Billing Address. Enter the updated information and click “save address”.

To update your payment method, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Billing Details. From here, navigate to “Payment methods”. Click “Add payment method”, enter your card information, and click “add payment method” again. If desired, click “delete” next to the previous payment method to remove it from your account. The most recently added card will become your default payment method, but you can change this at any time using the “Make default” button next to the card you wish to use.

To update your shipping address, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Billing Details. From here, navigate to “Addresses” and click the red edit button under Shipping Address. Enter the updated information and click “save address”.

To view your order history, use the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Billing Details > Orders.

Once your order is placed, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to you. You can also navigate to your order history using the profile dropdown menu in the upper right of your screen and select Billing Details. On the Orders tab, click the red “Invoice” button next to your order. A new tab will open containing a downloadable Invoice of your order. 

If you need a receipt for accounting or reimbursement with requirements not included in your receipt, please contact us at support@echelonfront.zendesk.com.

We do not offer refunds for non-physical items including courses, Live Sessions, and other events.

To change the name of a group, navigate to your Teams Dashboard. Click on the group you want to edit, then click “Edit group details. On the pop-up, enter the new Group Name and click the “Update” button.

To see how many seats you have purchased for your group, navigate to your Teams Dashboard and select your group. On the Group’s page under the Group name, you will see how many user registrations are remaining out of the number purchased. For example, if you purchased 5 seats and you’ve only used 1, this will display as “1 / 5 user registrations left”.

To see how many seats you have remaining for your group, navigate to your Teams Dashboard. The number of registrations you have remaining for each Group will be displayed to the right of the Group name.

When planning training delivery for your team, we recommend some critical elements of your training plan. Ensure that all team members are enrolled in the training course and have access to the training. Schedule a kick-off call with the team to explain why this leadership training is important for their personal growth and development. Schedule regular monthly debrief sessions with the team to debrief lessons learned from the training. All Live Sessions are recorded and sent to your email within a week.
