Below you will find introductory resources to get you started. We encourage you to use the Participant Onboarding Guide to get a high-level overview of the program.  

Additional resources include the 12-Month Pacing Guide, which provides an overarching explanation of the program and the cadence at which it will be run based on your teams’ schedule. Additionally, the Lead & Win poster provides each of the key concepts covered in this program.  

Each Chapter under Course Content will have a participant discussion guide and other resources to help support this training. 

To get started, complete the For Action items below prior to starting the course.
