What does culture mean and look like in your organization? This course begins by unpacking what culture is. With this foundational understanding, you will have the skills to evaluate your organization’s culture more accurately from a detached perspective and see how implementing the extreme ownership principles can foster a winning culture in your team.
Jocko and Leif will teach you how the Laws of Combat can create a culture of Extreme Ownership where every team member knows who they are, what they’re doing, how to do it, and most importantly, why they’re doing it. An Extreme Ownership culture also means there is alignment between every person and department on the team’s mission and language.
