Dave Berke will introduce you to the 4 critical leadership behaviors needed to begin leading your teams more effectively. You’ll learn how to build a cohesive team through strong relationships, ensure alignment through simple, clear, and concise communication, properly manage your priorities and follow through on execution, and empower those around you to accomplish goals.

These courses are offered in order over a 4-week period. Each instructor will have a set date and time each week during which they will meet with the participants.
