Creating a Culture of Extreme Ownership

The goal of this course is to demonstrate how you can create an extreme ownership culture within your team. Every team has a culture, but how would you describe yours? What does culture mean and look like in your organization? This course begins by unpacking what culture is. With this foundational understanding, you will have the skills to evaluate your organization’s culture more accurately from a detached perspective and see how implementing the extreme ownership principles can foster a winning culture in your team.

Jocko and Leif will teach you how the Laws of Combat can create an extreme ownership culture where every team member knows who they are, what they’re doing, how to do it, and most importantly, why they’re doing it.
