What is Extreme Ownership Academy?

Extreme Ownership Academy is Echelon Front’s online leadership training platform. It consists of free, quick-hitting video content—Leadership Primer, Question of the Week—and weekly Immediate Action Drills. It also provides access to free courses and podcasts that help you improve your leadership skills. The Extreme Ownership Academy weekly Live Sessions allow for direct engagement with Jocko, Leif and the Echelon Front Team. All of our Premium Courses provide longer-form video instruction and application exercises that teach the leadership lessons we learned in combat and apply them to business and life.

What kind of direct engagement can I expect with Jocko, Leif, JP, Dave and the Echelon Front Team?

Jocko, Leif, and the EF Instructor Cadre join the Academy LIVE sessions every Monday where you can learn and ask questions and get answers in real-time via Zoom. 

IS A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AVAILABLE? HOW DO I RECEIVE IT?

There is a certificate of completion available at the end of the Extreme Ownership and Dichotomy of Leadership Foundation Courses that can be downloaded and printed. Each Leadership Strategy and Tactics course contains a certificate of completion to share with your boss or show to your friends.

How often is the new Extreme Ownership Academy content released?

Join any of the Extreme Ownership Academy Live Zoom webinars held weekly to ask your questions directly via Zoom or in Zoom chat and get answers. New courses will also be released throughout the year.

When are the Extreme Ownership Academy Live webinars held?

Currently, Extreme Ownership Academy Live sessions are hosted weekly on Mondays at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time.

Can Academy be easily accessed on a smartphone or tablet?

Extreme Ownership Academy can be viewed on all mobile platforms, although some functions will perform better on a laptop or desktop computer.

How long does it take to complete each training module?

Our Foundation Courses required 25-60 minutes to complete the full module. Leadership Primer, Question of the Day and Immediate Action Drills are 2 -3 minutes in duration. EF Live webinars with Q&A are 60 minutes in duration.

How many users can log into the account to use the online training?

Every account is free to create, and only one person can be associated with one account. Any content that is purchased is only authorized to be used by the person who owns that account.

Is Extreme Ownership Academy designed for the individual or meant for groups?

Extreme Ownership Academy is designed for both individuals and teams. Quickly create an account and start exploring the content for yourself and/or navigate to the Teams page to start creating accounts for your team.
